Fraunhofer IDMT shows how acoustic AI analyzes machine states, detects errors and relies on cross-location learning.

At this year's Intersolar Europe, Fraunhofer IDMT is presenting the project "AkSoRe – Acoustic Cleaning of Photovoltaic Modules". The aim of the project is to develop an innovative, contact-free process for cleaning PV modules using acoustic vibrations through structure-borne sound excitation.

On June 30, 2025, the 4th edition of the ACM International Workshop on Multimedia AI against Disinformation (MAD’25) organized with the ACM International Conference on Multimedia Retrieval (ICMR’25) will take place in Chicago, USA. The workshop welcomes contributions related to different aspects of AI-powered disinformation detection, analysis and mitigation. Fraunhofer IDMT will support the organization of the workshop.
